1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bajeev website accessible at https://bajeev.app and any associated mobile web application.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers for or uses the Platform.
• "We", "Us", or "bajeev" means the operator of the Platform.
• "Services" means all online casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and ancillary services provided through the Platform.
• "Taka" or "৳" means the official currency of Bangladesh (BDT), which is the sole supported transaction currency on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus or promotional amount must be staked before it may be withdrawn.

References to singular include plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to a statute includes any amendment or re-enactment of that statute.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform. bajeev reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bajeev with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

3 Eligibility and Registration

To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion that would prohibit your participation.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by bajeev for breach of these terms.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

bajeev reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or driving licence, and proof of payment method ownership) at any point during the relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. If bajeev determines that a player holds more than one Account, all duplicate Accounts will be closed and any balances therein may be forfeited. bajeev is not responsible for losses incurred while a duplicate Account is active.

4 Account Security and Responsibility

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and any security information associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your Account.

You agree to notify bajeev immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of security. bajeev will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

All activities conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, will be your sole responsibility unless you have notified us promptly of a security breach. bajeev reserves the right to suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported or suspected breach, without liability for losses incurred during the suspension period.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bajeev supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit received from a payment method not registered in your name may be reversed, and your Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and are subject to change. bajeev will process withdrawal requests promptly, subject to satisfactory completion of identity and payment verification. Withdrawal timelines are indicative and may be extended in cases where verification is outstanding or where a transaction is subject to anti-fraud review.

bajeev does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your payment provider. All bonuses are credited in Taka and may only be withdrawn after meeting the applicable wagering requirements.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

bajeev may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion. In the event of conflict between the specific promotion terms and these General Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions that apply unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the promotional window specified.
• Standard wagering requirements apply — the bonus amount must be wagered the number of times specified before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Only real-money bets placed on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages vary by game type and are detailed in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including use of multiple accounts or collusion, will be voided and winnings derived from them forfeited.
• bajeev reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Players who misuse the bonus system or who are identified as engaging in systematic low-risk bonus exploitation may have their promotional access restricted or removed entirely, at bajeev's sole discretion.

7 Game Rules and Betting

All games available on the Platform are provided by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the applicable rules before placing bets.

All bets accepted by bajeev are final and binding once confirmed by the Platform. bajeev reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed error, pricing error, or any circumstances that would have prevented the bet from being offered had bajeev been aware of the relevant information at the time the bet was placed.

In sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.). For cricket markets, results are based on the outcome at the scheduled completion of the match. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs, settlement rules specific to that market will apply as published in the sportsbook rules section.

bajeev reserves the right to limit stake amounts, restrict betting access, or decline any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Allowing a minor (a person under 21 years of age) to access or use your Account.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the operation of the Platform or other users' enjoyment of the Services.

9 Responsible Gaming

bajeev is committed to promoting responsible gaming and the wellbeing of its players. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your Account settings at any time.

If you believe that your gaming behaviour is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to use these tools and to contact our support team at [email protected] for further assistance. bajeev will respond to all responsible gaming requests promptly and in confidence.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game assets, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of bajeev or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of bajeev.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajeev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services.

bajeev's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bajeev does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk. bajeev is not responsible for any loss resulting from technical failures, network outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12 Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure, after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements, will be refunded to your registered payment method subject to verification.

bajeev reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Any situation in which continued provision of Services would expose bajeev to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an Account is closed by bajeev due to a breach of these terms, any balance in the Account may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

bajeev collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

bajeev uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and bajeev cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

14 Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the Services, you should contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. bajeev commits to acknowledging all complaints within 24 hours and to providing a substantive response within 5 business days, operating on Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through our internal complaints procedure, the matter shall be subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Clause 15 below.

All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. bajeev will not investigate complaints submitted outside this window except where there are exceptional circumstances that prevented earlier submission.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bajeev from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

16 Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of bajeev to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These terms may not be assigned or transferred by you without the prior written consent of bajeev. bajeev may assign these terms or any rights hereunder to any third party without restriction.

These Terms & Conditions are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
